Extended Warranty
Su Slimnote Se a disenado para que le de anos
de servicio. Mas, su diseno de madulo se presta para mas ampliacion, which
means you'll be contentedly using your Slimnote for years to come. Every
Slimnote comes with a one year ExpressCare48 warranty. That means that
during the first year, we'll repair your computer and return it to you
fast, usually within 48 hours. This program is valid only in the USA.
Some of customers have asked that we provide further peace
of mind by offering a longer warranty term. So, here it is! By purchasing
an extended warranty, you will lengthen the limited warranty to cover your
second and third year of ownership. You must purchase this coverage within
90 days of your original system purchase.
Decade Corporation warrants its product to be free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for
a period of three years from date of original purchase.
The extended warranty is void if the product
is:

Damaged through negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident.

Modified or repaired by anyone other than Decade authorized
service center personnel.

Damaged due to connection to the equipment of other manufacturers,
or improper power sources.

The serial number sticker on the system is missing, defaced,
or modified in any manner.
The extended warranty does not cover:

Damage to the system or parts of other manufacturers added
to or connected to the Product.

Any Costs incurred in shipping the Product to Twinhead or
a service center location.

Damage or improper operation of the product caused by customer
abuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions provided
with the Product.

Any batteries or other consumables provided with the system.
-
Other components of the system that fail to meet Twinhead's
definition of defective, including, but not limited to LCD panels with
less than twenty four defective pixels.
This extended warranty is valid only in the United States.
This warranty applies only to the original puchaser and is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Decade expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind (other than the express
warranty stated herein) whether expressed or implied, including, without
limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.
The cost for the extended warranty is determined
by the model of Slimnote you have. You can only purchase the extended warranty
while your Decade computers still under manufacturer's warranty.
